The Navarro County Expo Center is the area’s largest multi-use public facility. Activities such as livestock shows and auctions, rodeos, equestrian events, banquets, weddings, parties,  and  large group meetings are regularly held at the Expo Center. Conveniently located between Hwy 22 and Hwy 31 on 45th Street, the Expo Center provides amenities such as RV hookups, secure perimeter  fencing, indoor and outdoor arenas, security lighting, bleacher seating,  public address system, water and electricity outlets, concessions stand, and large parking areas.

First held in the late 1950s, the Navarro County Youth Exposition (NCYE) represents a public, volunteer-based, event that showcases participants from all across the county -- with varied backgrounds and interests.  Each year, more than 500 volunteers and supporters contribute their time, energies, finances, and/or talents toward planning, implementing, and evaluating NCYE projects and exhibits.  Whether as an individual or business, you are invited to help reward our young people for their hard work by attending the Steak Lunch, participating in the Silent Auction and Premium Sale, or contributing to the general fund.

Coordinated by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the GO TEXAN area scholarship program benefits Navarro County youth through supporting college education opportunities. Because college is only a dream for so many students, the GO TEXAN program has made an extraordinary impact on the lives of countless young men and women in its quest to benefit the youth of Texas and support them through education. All recipients of a GO TEXAN scholarship must demonstrate academic potential, citizenship/leadership and financial need, and they must attend a Texas college or university, but may major in any field of study leading to a bachelor’s degree.
